Our client is looking for a Content Creator to join their team.

One of our clients are looking for a Content Creator to join their expanding team.

The ideal candidate has experience creating digital and social content and managing digital communities, has a passion for graphic design and photography / videomaking, a strong understanding of social media channels, copywriting skills, knows how to build and engage a follower base, is full of creativity with bags of ideas.

They have an innate ability to create content in a ‘DIY mode’ and with limited resources. They have good planning skills, are at home using InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc and have experience working on a premium food/drink brand.

The office is based in the vibrant Huckletree shared workspace in White City in West London which boasts a creative /start-up community along with free food, drinks, access to a Peloton Studio.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and be fully responsible for the branded organic and some paid content creation across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Linked-In. Generate ideas and create content in-house – including graphic design, photographic and video content.

• Generate content from offline brand activity to amplify message online – including from events, samplings, trade activities, influencer and brand collabs /partnerships.

• Create social copy in line with brand personality and Tone of Voice

• Develop, manage, and execute the Content & Culture Calendar plan across these key channels

• Engage daily with the internal community (responding to enquiries on all their channels and also do proactive outreach) with the aim to grow the follower base across each channel, and also help grow their consumer email database.

• Keep abreast of market trend and digital/social content best practices

• Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales team to execute campaigns for online and offline brand activity

• Support the brand team on other activities such as consumer events and reporting to the Brand Manager.


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1-2 years marketing experience on a consumer food /drink product

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in content creation and social media including community management / growing an engaged follower base

• University Degree educated

• Graphic design - proficient with Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign) and photographic skills

• Proficient with video (for Instagram & TikTok)

• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Suites

• Native with social media channels (incl TikTok)

• Copywriting skills

• High levels of creativity with a passion for social media and creating relevant and engaging content

• An understanding of brand communication and how to communicate and generate content against a brand personality and consistent distinctive tone of voice

• Strong communication, interpersonal and planning skills

• A self-starter who is autonomous - must be willing to own the role – while being a team player
