Our client is looking for a B2B Sales Lead to join their team.

One of our clients are looking for a B2B Sales Lead to join their expanding team. You are able to WFH, but are expected to travel to see clients and are expected in London once a fortnight.

They are looking for a pivotal next hire, who will implement their sales plans and drive profitable growth. The B2B Sales Lead will be selling their whole product suite.

They would expect this hire to be ready to get their hands dirty working the entirety of the sales cycle, and to be constantly building relationships with potential customers and promoting these services.

They're looking for someone with a wealth of experience in B2B sales, who has been instrumental in building a B2B sales function. They will be an expert in the whole sales cycle, from sourcing and nurturing leads, navigating through the business to find the decision maker, identifying the needs of the customer, handling objections, pitching the services , and closing the deal, as well as great at

maintaining relationships post sale.

The best candidate for this role will have significant previous experience selling annual and multi-year deals to SMEs and Corporates, and will be excited by the opportunity to be a driving force in accelerating growth. They will have experience of selling into Facilities Management and Security

Companies, and have many contacts in the industry which they will be able to lean on.


Responsibilities

● Develop the sales funnel, bringing in high quality, strategic leads, nurturing these opportunities, closing deals, developing customer relationships, and exceeding targets

● Keep the CRM up to date, and ensure capture of all customer communications, improving conversion and retention

● Create repeatable, scalable sales processes, and bring new methods to improve the sales cycle, increase conversion, and increase the overall annual contract value of deals

● Keeping informed of the latest sales tools, techniques and best practices


Required Skills

● Customer-centric B2B sales expert – Will have a solid understanding of customer needs, profiles, and how to engage them at all stages in their journey. Passionate about creating sales processes, adopting best practice, and a genuine interest in sales methodology. Able to objection-handle fluently, deal with complex sales, bring in business and convert leads. An expert at navigating complex businesses to identify the decision maker, and then pitching. Highly skilled negotiator.

● Team Player in a high growth business – Will have experience of working in a high performance team in a B2B role, with demonstrable experience selling annual/multi-year deals to SMEs and Corporates

● Hands-On – Will have a strategic mind-set, and will adopt a hands-on approach, being close to the detail and able to manage multiple sales at the same time

● Communication and organisational skills – Will be a strong and credible contributor They will have great communication skills, good people management skills, a high level of empathy and a positive attitude.

● Motivated self-starter – Will be hardworking and entrepreneurial, and driven to smash their targets

● Analytical, data driven and commercial – Will be metrics-driven, have strong commercial instincts with the ability to ‘cut through noise’ to make rapid commercial decisions. Will have excellent organisational skills, and able to embrace change

Required Experience

● Significant experience selling into Facilities Management and Security Companies

● At least 5 years of experience selling B2B
