2019
The beginning
Nick left his corporate job and decided to set up on his own. He wanted to help people and businesses succeed and make sure work fit their values and lifestyle.
Nick knew culture was crucial, that work has to fit around life; children, families, football, festivals and Friday drinks.
He set about building a business that would make the person happy and love their new company, and also the company love their talented team.
And, Great Jobs UK was born.
2020
Finding our feet
In 2020 demand started to grow, and they became busier than ever. Work from home, The Great Resignation and people wanting more flexibility in their working lives changed the world of work for good.
This matched the values of Great Jobs UK perfectly: placing people in companies that had good opportunities, flexibility and a fantastic cultural fit for both the client and the candidate.
The business moved to lovely new offices and grew its team to manage growth and better look after its customers.
2021
Onwards and upwards
Great Jobs UK evolves to focus on marketing, sales & tech jobs and works with companies from London to St Ives to Edinburgh.
As a result, they have built strong relationships with customers and people placed in their perfect job.
