Our client is looking for an Account Manager to join their team.

You’ll manage and carry out the day-to-day activities for your clients in line with the bespoke strategy you and the wider team have created.


You’ll be responsible for:

• Working with their Sales Engineering and CSM teams to ensure a smooth customer experience at all times

• Providing timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on revenue performance

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of their evolving products and processes

• Creating your own demonstrations, tailored to client needs
• Representing the voice of the customer to cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product

• Contributing to the overall growth of the business, pioneering new best practices, and driving projects to level up the team


What you should have:

• 18 months+ experience as an Account Executive (or similar title) in - Tech Sales, ideally within a SaaS environment

• Proven track record hitting and exceeding quota

• Previous experience generating your own revenue/meetings /Demos across a range of industries and company sizes.

• A data-driven approach - you know your Sales numbers like the back off your hand

• Prior experience working in a fast-moving organization and comfortable working inbound and outbound opportunities across a range of industries and company sizes

• Ability to close net new business in a competitive landscape

• Exhibits a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and ambition

• You are passionate about social media and digital marketing.

• You have a diploma/degree in Social Media, Digital Marketing, or Communications, or can demonstrate on-the-job training.
