Our client is looking for a Support Analyst to join their team.

The Escalated Support Analyst L1 is a key part of the Escalated Support team. They are the first point of contact for their solution customers and are responsible for any new incidents that are reported.


You’ll be responsible for:

  • First line triage for customer helpdesk tickets

  • Initial troubleshooting for customer helpdesk tickets

  • Supporting internal IT tasks

  • Handling escalated MPS software queries

  • Maintaining internal knowledge base

  • License renewal activation


Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Professional telephone manner

  • Resilience to work in a fast-paced sales environment

  • Microsoft Office (all) – intermediate level

  • Educated to A’ Level standard or equivalent
