Our client is looking for a Product Owner to join their team.


You’ll be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs establishing where their client-facing Product stream could be enhanced.

  • Working closely with their Senior Product Manager, Senior UX Designer, Lead Front End Developer, and other internal stakeholders to further build out the platform and create new tools & features

  • Working with their senior leadership team to shape the vision and direction of their client-facing products and roadmap

  • Working on building out features that make complex tasks + workflows simple and easy to understand for all levels of clients.

  • Collaborating with their Senior Product Manager and Senior UX Designer to define and evolve product roadmaps and work closely with engineers as you build, iterate on, and ship ideas.

  • Taking ownership of the product backlog


Experience:

  • Prior experience working in a start-up environment (ideally within the SaaS space, although not essential)

    - Proven commercial experience as a Product Owner within the software platforms and systems space and have helped ship products, ideally in the SaaS/B2B space.

    - Commercial experience with Agile (Scrum) or LEAN frameworks

  • Prior experience working closely with UX Designers

  • Previous experience wearing many hats - they value POs who can analyze data, debate usability principles with a designer, and discuss complex concepts with a developer.

  • Proven stakeholder management experience (both internal and external) - clear communication skills are key for them!

  • You are able to clearly communicate your rationale for wanting to amend current features or implement new features and back it up with quantitative and qualitative user research data.

  • A “team player” mindset - you’ll work and collaborate with different teams all reaching the same goal
