Our client is looking for a Content Manager to join their team.

Role description
They are looking for a brilliant content manager for their Marketing team, someone who will assist in the creation, curation and distribution of content. You’ll create a wide range of content designed to wow the B2B community and their growing Tribe, from webinars to podcasts and everything in between.

This role is an individual contributor role reporting to their Head of Marketing, and will have a pivotal role in Content that directly impacts their demand generation efforts and their brand awareness results. You will create engaging & entertaining content for their community, manage & curate content to maximize engagement among their users and ensure timeliness of trending stories.


Role responsibilities;


- You’ll own their mental health and wellbeing brand highly successful webinar program, plus continue to evolve it into a digital experience that is unlike anything available to their audience. This includes campaign management, content creation, and focus on demand gen KPIs. Over time, you’ll own content for their learning and development business too. You’ll own their blogs and newsletters and design a content calendar for the year ahead.
- You. Love. Words. Writing them, specifically. You’ll use your stellar writing skills to support various content pieces including landing pages, email campaigns, social media, articles, website copy, case studies, and other communications and content.
- You love piquing interest via short form content (words or visual). In other words, you relish at the challenge of creating unique and effective social efforts aimed at growing
their brand awareness and reach across platforms.
- You understand that a great content strategy is not just about creation, it’s about optimisation and distribution too.
-  You share content and articles on a regular basis. Perhaps you have a social media following and consider yourself an influencer.
- You understand that search is critical and you understand backlinks and SEO.


What you bring to the role
- 3+ years of experience writing and creating content, ideally in the B2B space but not a prerequisite
- Strategic thinker: you challenge conventional wisdom and are eager to reinvent modern marketing tactics
- Experience collaborating with others and spotting opportunities
- Top notch, world class writing and copy editing skills (be prepared to share writing samples)
- Some juggling required – the ability to balance multiple projects at once is key
- Excellent language, grammar and editing skills.
- An understanding of trending content and stories from around the web#
- Understand how to tell a story and share a story that impacts their audience
- Good design skills – familiar with Canva and tools that support content creation
- Solid judgement as an ambassador of our brands
- An ability to think creatively about how we tell our story
- Ideal but not absolutes: Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing
