Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team.

As part of your role, you will plan, develop and execute a marketing strategy that engages with their audience.

You will be responsible for the growth of all socials, Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin & websites. Your responsibilities will include producing marketing copy to advertise their products, writing blog posts and promoting their content on social media.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads for new business.


Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan and deliver campaign schedules

  • Creating creative content for socials such as story posts and reels

  • Grow our followers on Instagram and Tik Tok

  • Work pre-events and at events creating content

  • Research industry-related topics

  • Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms

  • Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise their company and products

  • Interview industry professionals and incorporate their views in blog posts

  • Edit and proofread written pieces before publication

  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content

  • Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)

  • Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics

  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles

  • Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)

  • Update their websites as needed


Skills & Experience

  • Have a good understanding of Instagram and Tik Tok and how the platforms work organically and how adverts can generate more engagement

  • Have experience of using Hubspot, social media programs or similar platforms

  • Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter similar role

  • Portfolio of published articles

  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)

  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English

  • An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces

  • Time-management skills

  • Familiarity with SEO

  • BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or relevant field
