Role:
Permanent

Location:

One of our clients are looking for a Campaign Manager to join their team due to growth.

Role Overview

Our Campaign Managers are the engines behind day-to-day campaign delivery and client satisfaction.

You’ll own a portfolio of 5–7 client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and to a consistently high standard. You’ll work closely with internal teams and senior management to turn strategy into execution, performance into insight, and clients into long-term partners.

This is a client-facing, execution-driven role requiring strong communication, organisation, and commercial awareness. You won’t just manage tasks - you’ll be responsible for outcomes.

Why now?

As our client continues to scale, we’re investing in strong Campaign Managers who can own accounts end-to-end, maintain delivery quality at speed, and build trusted client relationships as we grow into one of the UK’s leading influencer-first performance agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Delivery & Execution

  • Own timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple live campaigns

  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure campaigns stay on track and within scope

  • Maintain high standards of execution across both campaign execution and the strategy side of our work

Client Success & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, confident communication

  • Build strong, long-term relationships by deeply understanding client goals and priorities

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track KPIs and campaign performance, identifying risks and opportunities early

  • Compile clear, accurate campaign reports that communicate progress, results, and ROI

  • Confidently talk clients through data models, current performance, and future expectations

Commerical Awareness & Growth

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

  • Support junior team members in helping them upskill, champion their development

  • Ensure work is delivered efficiently and profitably within agreed scope

Internal Communication & Escalation

  • Communicate clearly and promptly with senior management when issues arise

  • Proactively flag risks and support mitigation plans to protect performance and relationships

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery across accounts

Success in This Role Looks Like

  • Campaign key results exceed client expectations

  • Strong client relationships built, with clear communication and trust

  • Clear, confident reporting and performance storytelling

  • Proactive issue resolution with minimal escalation

  • Contribution to account growth through upsells and expanded scopes

  • Consistent and quality training of junior team members to champion their development

  • Improved margins on campaign delivery

  • Stable, predictable performance across your entire pod

You’ll Thrive in This Role If…

  • You’re an exceptional communicator and relationship builder: You genuinely enjoy working closely with clients, spending time face-to-face (on calls or in person), building trust, and becoming a true extension of their team rather than just a service provider.

  • You’re highly organised and operationally sharp: You’re comfortable managing multiple campaigns at different stages simultaneously, each with different priorities, focus points, and stakeholders - and you stay on top of it all through strong systems and organisation.

  • You take real pride in the quality of your work: You naturally go above and beyond to ensure everything delivered is accurate, polished, and thoughtful. High standards matter to you, and it shows in how you execute.

  • You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments: You enjoy momentum, evolving priorities, and the energy that comes with scaling teams and accounts — and you stay calm, focused, and effective under pressure.

  • You bring meaningful industry experience: You have 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, either brand-side or agency-side (ideally both), and a strong understanding of how campaigns, creators, and client expectations work in practice.

Compensation & Key Benefits

  • £33,000 - £36,000 salary (DOE) + additional performance bonus of up to 10%, unlocked based on individual and account performance.

  • Key senior hire with real influence: You’ll join as one of the core team members working closely with senior leadership to help drive the next phase of their growth. Your work will directly impact both client results and agency trajectory.

  • Leadership exposure & team impact: You’ll play an active role in supporting and upskilling junior team members, helping shape their development and leaving a lasting impact on their careers through hands-on guidance and training.

  • Personal development budget: Dedicated funding to invest in your own growth, whether that’s training, courses, conferences, or skill development aligned with your career goals.

  • Fully remote, flexible working: A fully remote role with flexible working hours across the week, built around trust, ownership, and output rather than rigid schedules.

This Role Is Not for You If…

  • You want to stay hands-off from campaign work and prefer to operate at arm’s length rather than being close to delivery, performance, and execution.

  • You’re uncomfortable taking full ownership of retention, upsells, cross-sells, and commercial outcomes, and don’t enjoy being accountable for results, not just tasks.

  • You see supporting and developing other people as admin, rather than a core responsibility and a meaningful part of your impact.

  • You’re looking for a slow-paced, static environment with fixed processes, minimal change, and low expectations of continuous improvement.

  • You struggle with ambiguity or evolving priorities and prefer rigid structures over fast iteration and problem-solving.

You’re motivated primarily by maintaining the status quo, rather than raising standards, improving systems, and pushing for better outcomes for clients and the team.
