One of our clients (a Saas CRM membership organisation) is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their expanding team.

About the role

They're looking for a proactive, people-focused Sales Coordinator to support their growing pipeline. You’ll work directly with their Director of Sales to respond to enquiries, coordinate meetings, prepare documents, and keep their sales process running smoothly.

They don’t believe in high-pressure sales. Their approach is rooted in honesty, transparency and helping prospective customers make confident decisions.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Support & Coordination

• Respond to inbound leads via email, phone and live chat

• Book and prepare for discovery calls and product demos

• Keep their CRM up to date with lead activity and pipeline status

• Help draft proposals, follow-up emails and key sales documents

• Use internal tools — including AIto streamline admin

Collaboration & Communication

• Ensure every prospect feels supported and informed throughout their journey

• Work closely with their Marketing and Customer Success teams to progress opportunities

• Capture and manage meeting notes and follow-up actions

Learning & Growth

• Shadow calls and demos to learn how we qualify and sell their system

• Take on discovery calls and intro demos as you grow in confidence

• Contribute ideas & feedback to improve their sales process and playbooks

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs

• Exposure to sales, support or customer-facing roles

• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. meeting note-takers, automation assistants)

• Experience in SaaS or membership-based organisations
