Our client is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join their team.


What to expect
● Your focus will be putting together paid media strategies with their Head of Paid and the Account Management team, then implementing and owning the day-to-day optimisation of them across a number of their clients
● Ensuring every client has targets outlined and reviewed throughout their time with them; you’ll be heavily involved in setting the targets, monitoring progress against them, and revising where necessary
● You’ll be working across all social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, LinkedIn, including Google, Bing and Amazon ads
● Analysing campaign results to discover new trends and opportunities
● Collaborating with our in-house creative team to develop compelling creative assets designed to get the campaign target audience excited
● Helping Account Managers pull together the weekly call content for clients detailing progress
● Forecasting and budgeting: working in collaboration with the client and Account Manager, you will input into the overall performance goals and delivery
● Carrying out keyword research and researching audiences
● Ensuring accounts are set up correctly at the beginning of working with a client, whether that’s setting up Facebook business manager, Google Tag, Google Analytics with Shopify - you know it all
● Their Account Managers run client calls however their paid team do attend on occasion to give more detailed explanation of results; being confident and able to speak to clients and explain results in layman’s terms is important here


The Right Stuff
● 3+ years of experience in social media management/marketing, ideally in an agency or consumer-facing brand environment.
● You’re super result-driven and love showing value to clients
● You have experience with a range of budgets
● Excel experience
● You’re pining for a perfect mix of creative and logical thinking
● Data-driven and able to explain the ‘why’ and the ‘what next’ to clients
● Able to demonstrate a track record of positive ROI on paid campaigns
● A solid working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads and YouTube
● You demonstrate initiative at every turn and have a ‘can do’ attitude
● Bring enthusiasm to work with you to smash out the work for your clients
● Enjoy collaborating with others & working as part of a growing team
● You approach tasks wholeheartedly and with an enthusiastic manner
● You’re the kind of person who seeks out & learns from new information & experiences


GREAT to have but not essential:
● Experience with an agency environment
● An understanding of Asana would be beneficial
● An understanding of HTML, JavaScript and Front-End Web Design
