Role:
Permanent

One of our clients are looking for a Influencer Campaign Lead to join their team due to growth.

The role

You'll own influencer campaigns with budgets for paid partnerships from A to Z, reporting directly to the founders. This is a role for someone who has managed high levels of creator spend and is comfortable leading every part of the process. You own four things:

  1. Strategy and briefing. You lead the campaign strategy, decide how spend splits across micro, mid, macro and celebrity tiers, and write briefs that creators actually follow.

  2. Delivery. Vetting, outreach, negotiation, contracting and execution. Every stage of the campaign runs through you, and it runs on time.

  3. Measurement and reporting. You go deeper than likes and views. You understand the underlying influencer metrics, build ROAS calculations that hold up to scrutiny, and report in a way clients and founders can act on.

  4. Optimisation. Campaigns are never set and forget. You're in the data as it comes in, and you build real relationships with creators so the feedback loop never stops. Every round performs better than the last.

Day to day, that looks like building creator shortlists, negotiating and contracting talent, running campaigns across live accounts, tracking performance and ROAS, and feeding what you learn back into the next flight.

Who we're looking for

  • You've run influencer campaigns from A to Z for at least 2 years, ideally for D2C brands in the UK and US

  • Agency experience preferred. You're comfortable running multiple campaigns in parallel without dropping any of them

  • You write really strong briefs. Creators know exactly what to make, and clients recognise their brand in what comes back

  • You're a consistent optimiser. You look at the data, talk to your creators, and act on both to make every campaign better than the last

  • You know your numbers. Deeper influencer metrics, ROAS calculations and performance reporting are second nature, not something you hand off

  • You've managed high levels of creator spend across tiered budgets: micro, mid, macro and celebrity campaigns

  • Bonus: you bring your own network of creators and talent contacts

What you get

  • £40,000-£50,000 depending on experience, plus a performance bonus of up to 10% based on individual and campaign performance. This is a full-time role, though for the right person we're open to freelance options

  • You report directly to the founders and shape how we run campaigns as we scale

  • Dedicated personal development budget for training, courses and conferences

  • Full company shutdown over Christmas, so the whole team properly switches off

  • Fully remote with flexible hours, built around output rather than schedules

This role is not for you if

  • You've only run one end of the process and need someone else to do the vetting, the negotiating or the reporting

  • You set campaigns live and move on to the next thing

  • Your budget experience tops out at gifting and one-off micro posts

  • Reporting to you means likes and views rather than ROAS

  • You want fixed processes and a slow pace
