One of our clients are looking for a Content Creator to join their team due to growth.

Role Overview

We’re looking for someone to become a key face of the company- someone who can tell their story, shape their narrative in the creator economy, and build a loyal audience around their brand.

Your content will sit across two pillars:

Educate: help founders, marketers, and creators understand how influencer marketing really works - breaking down trends, news, and strategy in a way that actually adds value.

Entertain: create content that is bold, creative, engaging, and memorable - the kind people share, react to, and actually want to watch.

You’ll work closely with leadership to define strategy, but you won’t be waiting for instructions. This role needs a creative self-starter who loves experimenting, is proactive, and thrives in fast-moving environments.

Why This Role Exists Now

They're built credibility through results - now they want to build authority through brand. They want someone who lives and breathes content, has opinions, brings ideas, and can build something meaningful with them. Someone that clearly illustrates through content the innovation happening at the company and positions them as an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities

Content Leadership & Creation

● Become a recognisable on-screen presence for the company.

● Create engaging video content across formats including green-screen commentary, street interview content, studio/podcast style discussion content, and more.

● Blend wider industry news, platform updates, and creator economy trends with the companies methodology and perspective.

● Tell smart, relevant, story-driven narratives through content - not generic “marketing advice”.

Strategy & Direction

● Work with founders and marketing to shape the overarching content strategy.

● Bring new ideas, new formats, and new concepts to the table - not just execute briefs.

● Analyse what’s performing, what isn’t, and evolve content direction based on data and common-sense insight.

● Help build a repeatable rhythm of content output.

Brand Representation

● Represent the companies tone: confident, strategic, slightly irreverent, and genuinely useful.

● Ensure content works for a global audience, particularly UK + US.

● Contribute to developing the companies as a thought-leader brand.

Practical Reality of the Role

This is not a “sit in your bedroom and film occasionally” creator role.

Expect:

● filming in different environments

● being out and about

● collaborating with the team

● testing creative concepts in the real world

This is an active, creative, highly involved role.

Success in This Role Looks Like

● You become a recognisable face of the brand.

● Our content gains traction, consistency and credibility.

● View counts grow - but more importantly, relevance and resonance improve.

● People associate the company with sharp thinking, industry understanding, and creativity.

● We start meaningful conversations in the creator economy.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If…

● You’re a natural communicator and performer on camera.

● You understand (or are excited to deeply understand) influencer & creator marketing.

● You’re creative, curious, and proactive - you don’t wait to be told what to make.

● You like experimenting, learning fast, iterating.

● You bring ideas, challenge thinking, and contribute strategically

● You’re flexible, adaptable, and excited by variety.

What You’ll Get

● The chance to build something meaningful and career-defining.

● Direct collaboration with senior leadership

● Creative freedom and support.

● A fast-moving, highly ambitious environment.

● A brand genuinely committed to doing industry-leading work.

This Role Is Not For You If

● You want to hide behind the scenes.

● You prefer predictable, repetitive work.

● You don’t want to experiment or push creative boundaries.

● You struggle to take initiative.
