One of our clients are looking for a Chief Growth Officer to join their team due to growth.

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and data-driven Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to lead their company’s growth initiatives with a sharp focus on growth strategy, market expansion, and revenue generation. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CGO will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, scaling customer acquisition, optimizing go-to-market strategies, and driving long-term business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the company’s growth strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.

  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for expansion across geographies, customer segments, and product lines.

  • Build and manage a high-performing, cross-functional growth team (e.g., marketing, sales, product, business development).

  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, sales, and finance to align growth goals with customer needs and company resources.

  • Own the customer lifecycle and design scalable strategies for acquisition, retention, and monetization.

  • Lead competitive market analysis and trend forecasting to anticipate shifts and inform strategic decisions.

  • Use data and analytics to continuously test, optimize, and improve growth campaigns and funnel performance.

  • Partner with the CEO and Board to communicate growth performance, challenges, and opportunities.



Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in growth strategy, business development, or a related leadership role.

  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue and market expansion, ideally in high-growth or tech-driven companies.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, sales enablement, customer acquisition, and data analytics.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Experience with international market entry, product-market fit, and scaling operations is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
