One of our clients are looking for a Account/Client Service Manager to join their expanding team on a fully remote basis.

Client-facing and action-oriented, the ideal candidate is familiar with an agency style environment where handling multiple projects for various clients is the norm. Equally knowledgeable across the marketing mix and well-versed in project management.

You are proactive, responsible, knowledgeable, and curious. Sufficiently experienced and insightful to fulfil the role, yet possessing a constant desire to learn new things, self-develop, and share improvements with team. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with the tech startup space, having at least an interest and awareness of the key players in the high-growth market.


The Role:

As a generalist Account Manager with a passion for branding and creativity, you are a human Swiss army knife comfortable with writing a creative brief one moment, producing punchy ad copy the next, brainstorming internally for a new campaign, then reviewing reports to send to clients.

Upholding the companies high standard of work and their reputation in the industry, you will lead on the delivery of varied marketing activities for their clients. You have a proven track record of managing multi-channel marketing campaigns on time, on budget and on brand.

As an esteemed marketer, you pride yourself on your blend of analytical curiosity and passion for creativity, keeping abreast of industry news, latest tech updates, and new trends in branding.

On the client-facing aspect of the role, you bring enough seniority to instil trust and confidence, you also know when to push back and successfully manage expectations.


Main responsibilities:

• Lead on delivery of marketing work from campaign plans and brand activations to marketing strategy and digital media activity

  • Advise clients on best practice, demonstrating expertise through useful insights

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of all assigned projects

  • Prepare reports and regularly update key metrics across clients Client management

  • Serve as a key point of contact for assigned clients

  • Lead and actively participate in client meetings

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships Team support

  • Support Marketing Director during initial stages of ideating and strategising

  • Support Managing Director on pitching, new business opportunities and in-house marketing

  • Liaise between internal team members and external suppliers for project coordination plus billing and reporting Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English

  • Innately creative balanced with analytical thinking for that magic marketing blend

  • Well-rounded marketing experience across a range of channels with a passion for brands

  • 5+ years’ marketing / agency experience, very confident dealing with clients

  • Brilliant multi-tasker with the ability to juggle multiple projects for different clients at any one time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

  • Highly-organised, practical, and speedy (agency life is fast-paced!)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills including strong verbal, written and listening skills - not only will you be a key contact for clients, but you will also be an integral go-between for other internal team members or external suppliers, so building good relationships is key

  • Proactive approach, curious nature

  • UK-based, ideally in/around London or commutable to the city

  • Relevant marketing qualifications
