Nick Karanicola – Entering the business at director level, Nick brings with him a background in specialist IT recruitment and a wealth of investment experience. Nick understands the need for his team to be efficient, effective and understand the client and candidate brief.
Michelle Michael – Michelle has over 25 years of high volume in house recruitment experience in the Hospitality and Healthcare sectors and has been on the receiving end of many recruitment agencies as a client.
Caroline Jones – Caroline’s background is in the Healthcare and Construction sectors, specialising in high volume recruitment for private and not for profit organisations in rural locations.

Our client has the convenience of having a single point of contact whose sole focus is ensuring the effective running of their account with access to an entire team of experienced delivery (candidate focused) professionals.
Our delivery team specialise in sourcing candidates within particular markets. We have invested heavily in our team and are delighted that our average years of experience for each individual is close to ten years.
